These are a SUPER WIDE AND LONG slide sandal. Everyone can size down one if you want your foot to fill the entire footbed. Sizing down one is a snug comfy fit on top.
HIGH ARCH? Ash has a slightly high arch and stays true to size (9.5 and wears the 10 so that her foot has a softer fit on top and doesn't mind the extra length in the back). She slips her foot completely forward on the sandal and has extra length in the back she doesn't notice.
Ex: 8/8.5 can wear the 7, 9/9.5 can wear the 9. Don't mind length in the back and want a less snug fit on top? Stay true to size or half size size up.
If you have long toes or a high arch you can stay true to size and half sizes can size up. Ash is a 9/9.5 with a slightly high arch and wide foot with long toes in the photo and wearing the size 10. She can do the 9 but it pushes on the top of her foot.
99% of customers do prefer to size down though.
